Somos Pueblo – La vicepresidenta de la República, Raquel Peña, informó este viernes que el presidente Luis Abinader enfrentó críticas dentro de su propio partido tras anunciar que no se postulará para un tercer mandato en 2028.
Según Peña, la decisión del mandatario generó desacuerdos dentro del Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM), donde algunos compañeros cuestionaron su postura. Sin embargo, destacó que Abinader priorizó dejar un legado democrático al optar por no extender su permanencia en el poder.
